Day One

From the harbor, your first destination in the package is Kelor Island. It can be reached in about one hour by boat. Snorkeling can be done in the water around the island, but if you do not want to snorkel yet, you can simply swim and dip your body in the water.

It must be tiring after all the trekking, swimming, and snorkeling on Kelor Island. Lunch will be served right after the Kelor Island experience on the boat. You do not have to wait until the boat reaches the main island to have your lunch.

The next destination is Menjerite where you can snorkel one more time. After the Menjerite snorkeling experience, the boat will bring you to Rinca Island which can be reached in about two hours from Menjerite. Rinca Island is the very first location where you can spot Komodo dragons and other wild animals, including water buffalo, monkeys, and Timor deer.

You will not realize that it is already afternoon after trying to meet Komodo dragons on Rinca Island. You will not spend your afternoon on this island because you will move to Kalong Island to see the beautiful sunset view when the fruit bats leave the mangrove forest to get some food.

You will spend your night on the boat but it will not be near this island. The boat will head to somewhere safe where you can enjoy a good night’s sleep on the boat. But before sleeping on the boat, you will enjoy another meal on the boat first.

Day Two

The first destination on day two is Padar Island which can be reached in about two hours by boat. The goal of Padar Island trekking is the top of the island where you can see the amazing scenery of the island. The trekking will take about two hours, but you can feel free to look around this beautiful island and even take pictures on the way to the top.

The next destination after Padar Island is Pink Beach. You will sail on a boat for about one and a half hours to reach this famous beach. This beach gains its popularity because of its rare and unique pink sand, just like its nickname. You might just want to relax on the beach while enjoying the beautiful view of the pink sand and clear water. Nevertheless, this location can also be a great snorkeling spot you do not want to miss.

Lunch will be served on the boat near Pink Beach before the journey will be continued to Komodo Island which is about 20 minutes away by boat. Komodo Island is the second location in the package where you can see Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. You might also spot other wildlife on the island when trying to find the dragons.

The last destination of the day is Lasa Island. The boat will throw the anchor in the water near this island. It means that you can relax on the boat while seeing the bats flying above the island in the afternoon. Another dinner and overnight on the boat will be the last night experience in the package.

Day Three

The last day’s journey will start with breakfast on the boat, of course. The boat will sail to Manta Point for another snorkeling experience. You will simply snorkel to enjoy a superb underwater world. Since it is called Manta Point, you can expect to see Manta Rays while snorkeling. You need to work with your luck to see this gentle giant, after all, yet the tour package provider will tell you the recommended time to enhance your chance to meet Manta Rays.

After working with your body and luck for snorkeling at Manta Point, the boat will bring you to Karang Makassar. It is a simple sandy beach, but it will be a great place to relax after a tiring snorkeling experience. Before moving to the next spot, your lunch will be served on the boat, of course. The next location to go is Kanawa Island where you can enjoy the final snorkeling experience. You can snorkel to the fullest or also explore this beautiful island until the time to return to Labuan Bajo comes at 04.00 pm.

What if you have to take a flight on the very same day? You can simply inform your tour operator so the boat can return to Labuan Bajo much earlier to catch your flight.
