1. Open Trip and Private Trip is available without a minimum number of people (1 person can use it alone),
2. Down Payment before booking the tour,
3. Payment in two steps:
* 500,000 Rupiah DP per person,
* The payment due time is H-3 before departure
4. If you are late to arrive at the appointed time, you are considered to cancel your tour without a refund.
5. If you want to cancel the tour, you can’t get a refund for the DP. But, you can reschedule your trip.
6. All paid fees will be refunded when the tour is canceled because of weather and other similar condition.
7. Fee for children:
* 0-24 months – free of charge
* 3-5 years – 50% of the adult fee,
* More than 5 years old – full charge
